A 24/7 amenity residents use.Nothing for your staff to run.

Smart markets for apartment buildings in Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire. See a free rendering in your space before you decide.

Residents help themselves.

People tap a card or phone, take what they want and go. No cash. No staff at the machine. It sits in the lobby, mailroom or amenity room and stays available overnight.

We come to the building, measure the space and send a full rendering of the machine or market in place. Free. If the traffic is not there, we say so.

Smart market in an apartment lounge

Pick the format that fits the room.

Classic is a secure smart cabinet, 57 inches high, 60 wide and 24 deep, for lobbies and mailrooms. Digital adds a display and fits apartment lobbies at 79 inches high, 30 wide and 37.75 deep. Open Market is a kiosk, a cooler and a merchandising wall for a busy amenity floor, sized at the visit.

Classic

One locked cabinet for ambient and chilled products. Two standard 115-volt outlets. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and 365Pay.

Digital

The same idea, plus a high-definition display and electronic price tags. One dedicated outlet. Built for apartment and hotel lobbies.

Open Market

A 19 inch touchscreen kiosk, a cooler and a wall. Power is set at the site visit. For high-traffic rooms.

You provide the space.

A short call covers the building and who uses it. Then we visit, check power and signal, and send the rendering. We deliver, install and stock it.

After that, we run it. Restocking, remote monitoring and service within 1 to 2 days. We restock after hours when that suits the building.

Questions.
Straight answers.

What does an apartment micro market cost the property?

No upfront cost. The property provides the space and the power. It plugs into standard wall outlets. Classic uses two. No electrical work is needed. Terms are flexible and we set them with you. You're not buying the equipment, and your staff doesn't run it.

Do you offer profit share?

Yes. It depends on the property type, traffic and estimated revenue, and we set it with you. For a busy building, that's often about $150 to $800 a month. We don't quote a quiet building like a busy one. We don't set the share before the visit.

How many units do we need?

It works best with steady daily traffic. There's a minimum, and we don't publish the number. After the visit, we tell you honestly if the site is a fit. A unit count isn't the test. We look at who walks past the spot.

Who restocks it, and what goes in it?

We do, after hours or whenever suits you. Remote inventory tells us what's running low. We stock what sells and work with you on the mix. Your staff doesn't order the product or count the shelves. A restock can wait until the room is quiet. Fresh food is available on request.

What if something breaks?

Email hello@smartvendingpros.com. We're locally run. We handle restocking, remote monitoring and service within 1 to 2 days in Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire. We carry liability insurance. A certificate is available on request.
