What the door does

Mailrooms, apartment lobbies and hotel lobbies are not behind a staffed counter. The machine relies on the payment step. There is no cash to count at the end of a shift.

How an open market checks out

Open Market is shelves, a cooler and a kiosk. People shop and pay at the kiosk. It is for high-traffic rooms: large lobbies, hospitals, busy amenity floors. A single locked cabinet is the better fit when the room is an alcove. We say which one on the visit.

Steady daily traffic is part of the fit for every format. We don't publish a minimum number. We look at the room.

What to ask before you book

Ask where the machine will sit, who walks past it, and whether the door or the kiosk matches that spot. Ask what happens when a charge fails. Email hello@smartvendingpros.com. We handle issues within 1 to 2 days in Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire. We restock, including after hours, and remote inventory tells us what is low.

What the visit settles

We measure the alcove, the lobby or the amenity room and check power and signal. You see a rendering before install, free. The drawing shows the cooler on the path people already walk. A door in a closet does not help residents. A door on the main path is the ordinary setup.

If the building wants open shelves, say that on the call. We talk about Open Market only if the traffic supports it. There is no upfront cost for the equipment. Payment is a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or the 365Pay app, on every format. We install, stock and service the machine. You see a free rendering in the room before you decide. If the traffic is too thin, we say so after the visit. We stock what sells and set the mix with you. If several buildings share one owner, they can sit under one agreement, and each one is still visited.
