One vendor across your portfolio
Yes. One agreement can cover several properties, and one local team services them. You do not need a different operator for the apartment in Los Angeles, the hotel in Orange County and the building in the Inland Empire. Each address still has to qualify on its own.
What one agreement changes
It changes who you call and how the paperwork is stacked. Email hello@smartvendingpros.com for a charge problem, a move-out that blocks a lobby, or a question about the mix. The service clock does not change with the county. Restocking, remote monitoring and service are within 1 to 2 days.
It does not change the fit. Some buildings in a portfolio will qualify and some won't. We visit each candidate, measure, and say so. Steady daily traffic is the requirement. We will not use a strong property to sneak a weak one onto the agreement. There is no published unit minimum, because the walk tells us more than the rent roll does.
What reports you can ask for
High-level sales reports are available on request. They are a way to see whether a building is doing what we thought it would do. We carry liability insurance. A certificate is available on request.
We do not promise a custom analytics portal, a resident app branded to your company, or a revenue forecast in a pitch deck. Profit share, where it applies, depends on property type, traffic and estimated revenue. For a busy building it is often about $150 to $800 a month. A quieter building in the same portfolio should expect a different conversation, including the possibility of no share and no machine.
Formats can differ by building
One agreement does not mean the same machine everywhere. An apartment lobby may take Digital. A mailroom may take Classic. A hospital or a large amenity floor may take Open Market. The payments stay common: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, 365Pay. The sizes do not. See the format comparison. We render each room. You should not approve building three because building one looked good.
It plugs into standard wall outlets. Classic uses two. No electrical work is needed. The machines run on built-in cellular. No Wi-Fi is needed. Power stays on the property's bill. Space is the property's to give. The equipment is ours. There is no upfront cost for it. Fresh food is available on request.
How a manager should roll it out
Start with the buildings that already have traffic. Walk the first two. Look at the renderings. Ask for the agreement that names the addresses, and read the service language in that document.
After install, we stock what sells at that address. We restock after hours when you want the lobby clear. Remote inventory keeps the fills specific. You have one team for the set. If a building's traffic falls off, say so. A photo of one lobby is not a visit for the next building.
