What a micro market costs a property

The property does not buy the machine. There is no upfront cost. You provide the floor space and the power. We install, stock and service it.

What the property pays

It plugs into standard wall outlets. Classic uses two. No electrical work is needed. The machines run on built-in cellular. No Wi-Fi is needed. Outlet counts for each format are in what we check on a site visit. The visit is where the outlets are counted.

Terms are flexible and we set them with you. The equipment stays ours. You are not purchasing a cabinet, a cooler or a kiosk, and you are not hiring someone on your staff to run it. If a proposal starts with a five-figure equipment invoice, that is a different offer from this one.

What a profit share is

Profit share is optional and it depends on the property type, the traffic and the estimated revenue. We set it with you. For a busy building, that is often about $150 to $800 a month. It is not a rent increase, and it is not a number we can quote before we know the room. A quiet building should not be promised the top of that range.

The agreement is filled in with you. High-level sales reports are available on request so a manager can see what the machine did, without a dashboard login becoming part of the sales pitch. We carry liability insurance. A certificate is available on request.

Who pays for power

The property's power does. It is not a fee we invoice on top. If the only available power is a shared circuit that already trips, we see that on the visit and we don't draw a rendering that ignores it.

What you should not expect to pay

You should not expect an equipment deposit, a restocking labor line, or a requirement to staff the machine. Restocking, remote monitoring and service are part of keeping it running, within 1 to 2 days. We restock after hours when that suits the building. Remote inventory tells us what is low so the trip is a fill, not a guess.

You should also not expect us to skip the fit question because the cost is low. A market with no traffic is not cheap. It is a machine in the way. Steady daily traffic is the requirement. We do not publish the minimum as a number of units or a number of employees. After the visit we tell you honestly if the site is a fit.

What the free visit is for

We come to the building, measure the space, and send a full rendering of the machine or market in place. Free. Classic, Digital or Open Market, drawn into the room you have. You can see the power, the depth and the walking path. Then we talk about the mix. We stock what sells and we work with you on it. We don't copy another building's product list.

If you manage more than one property, several of them can sit on one agreement. Each one is still visited. A busy tower and a small court do not share a traffic assumption. No upfront equipment cost, and a profit share only where the building supports it.
